Ultreïa - Night of the Eclipse

free follow-up to [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/dohi64/recommended/1284870]ultreia[/url], a decent sci-fi point & click from a few years ago. free or not, there's barely anything here, not worth bothering with whether you liked the original or not. I've heard people complain about crashes, didn't happen on my ancient pc and don't recall it happening in the original, so it must be something on their end. settings are basic (only 3 separate volume sliders, nothing for graphics or anything else) and the cursor is practically invisible most of the time. not only that, [b]the game can't be saved[/b], netting it an instant thumbs down no matter what. it's about half an hour but still. and while the original game has mouse wheel up/down for inventory, on top of 'i', only wheel up works here to bring it up, down does nothing. the controls still say 'on/off', so it could be a bug. love it when subsequent titles do things worse. at least instant text display remained instant but the speech slider is still bugged and doesn't remove all robot gibberish. and still no hotspot indicator, gotta mouse over the whole screen to find them, which is made harder once again by everything being too…

Such a beautiful game! I just love the art style. This is a short prequel to Ultreia, where we guide young Nymo through a new (past) adventure... This was beautifully made and I really hope we will discover more stories in the same gameworld in the future...

A bonus for a 2021 Pn'C game I already recommended. The interface might be slightly downgraded (I can't recall the details,) yet the charm is all there and the puzzles are good. Thanks devs.
