.PRESENTING! NOT the hero... Yes, you are not the hero in this story, neither are you the right guy. but you will be doing it anyway!
This game is really silly, but loads of fun and has loads of Easter eggs, You play as you, a loser, you are the wrong guy for the job but a giant squid God has forced you onto an adventure which will leave you going 'Huh?' the whole way through!
Throw rocks. blow stuff up with grenades! even shoot lasers and lock on plasma bolts as you gain abilities the further on you play. Each zone has a end boss waiting for you too!
The controls are that of your typical platformer, jump, double jump, wall jump, shoot lasers!
An awesome adventure awaits!

Not the Hero is an indie 2D platformer game where you have to clear every level to progress to the final boss. I didn't find the game funny, nor challenging, nor enjoyable. The gameplay is average, the controls are clunky, the jokes are silly, the artwork is low quality. Overall, not recommended. 2/10.6 found this helpful

this game feel like a S**tpost, difficult game on purpose, yet i enjoyed it, liked the songs, even tho they're likely copyrighted stuff from other singers.1 found this helpful
Very hard Souls Like game I almost rage quit. I love drugs it is cool. I'm emo.
Funny & unexpected visuals 8/10 Fast gameplay with unique enemies Worth it!
