Nutrients for Life is a fun VR experience that teaches kids who have never been near a farm about the right nutrients and the right rate of application for a crop. Players must balance Nitrogen, Phosphorus, Potassium and Water, to ensure an ideal yield, economic benefit, and environmental impact!

[h1] Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers [/h1] Basically, a 4 minute advertisement for Nutriens. I have no idea who they are, but apparently this conglomerate wants the farmers of the future to put chemicals in their crops for maximum yield, profits & enviornmental safety. Those chemicals are H20, Nitrogen, Phosphorous, and Potassium. H2O sounds especially full of chemicals. Game begins with a nice farm tractor ride down the countryside. The voice of the narrator, a prepubescent boy who is way too excited about chemicals, will be heard throughout the game. The game consists of touching the steering wheel honk button, then touching the H20, N, P, or K Buttons. Allegedly, you're supposed to try to keep the meter on green for each of these chemicals so that you get maximum cash, yield, and environmental score. However, I decided to just put as much chemicals into my crops as possible. You get a nice tabletop view of a farm and see the crops grow as you put these mechanisms to work. Whole thing takes about 4 minutes. You get scored at the end. You have to long press a button to restart. I don't think there' a way to quit other than by manually quitting. Nutrients for Life is a free VR Game that is trying to be Edutainment. It worked on my HTC Vive system, looked ok, played ok, sounded ok. Takes a few plays to get excellent score. The voice of the narrator was an excited prepubescent boy. You pick up cubes and toss them quickly into the center field, while watching each nutrient meter, keeping each in the middle. I guess i learned a little about growing plants. CONS: Does not work with Index controllers. Try it only, if you are a child.2 found this helpful
