Oblivion Tesseract VR

"Oblivion Tesseract VR" is a weird and rather pooly made/unpolished VR tech demo that combines some interesting concepts... badly. What do you do in the game? This is a blend of static FPS and tower defense... place towers and deal with incoming (tiny) enemies... bad, slightly asset flip looking graphics round out a rather poor gaming experience that seriously needs a tonne of polish before it's ready to ship. Oh, they shipped it anyway? Ah yes, that's why we're here. The graphics aren't great... that will understandably be a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. Однако, это компенсируется высокой реиграбельностью - всегда можно попытаться найти все секреты и пройти игру на более сложный уровень. 6/10 Its fun to play with the weapons and runs fine but not good at telling you exactly what to do that well and the textures are very low res so its hard to read things.

Its a nice game to play in short bursts. I like the artwork and gameplay. and its free.
