Key Features
During your rotation at Merritt General Hospital, you’ll encounter a diverse group of patients facing challenging ailments and disorders. Build trust and rapport with them to help them recover from their maladies. Manage your own stress while confronting these challenges or you may just crack under the pressure.
Choice Driven Narrative
Make dialogue choices to influence patient outcomes and manage your stress level as you work through your rotation. Overcome their objections to help your patients make healthy choices to improve their conditions.
Manage Stress
Build trust with your patients and use breaks to manage your stress level effectively. Don't forget to take a moment to decompress every now and then.
Patient Tracking
Utilize patient SOAP notes to track the treatment progress and decisions made for each patient. Remember to check your clipboard regularly to remain informed on each patient.

This game is amazing; as a health care provider, it gives a small glimpse of what we see and how demanding and unrewarding this job is. 10/10 the game is amazing; I wish there was a longer game of this.3 found this helpful
On Call is not a game, it's an e-book that's been dumped on Steam masquerading as a game. As a visual/interactive novel, this doesn't feature any notable gameplay, it's just a lot of clicking through badly written dialogue that would never have been accepted or published in print, which poses the question, "How did something this badly written end up on Steam?". When someone hoping to become an author is unable to get published in print, they spend $100 and dump their high school fan-fiction onto Steam, under the guise of a game. is a rather poorly written medical drama CYOA e-book where you pretend to be a doctor, in much the same way the producer of this e-book was pretending to be an author, I guess. There's some extremely ropey looking elementary school art class "drawings" to go along with this one. As always, books aren't games. Visual novels/e-books are tedious at best... imagine the best novel you ever read, be that Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy or 2001: A Space Odyssey or Twilight (if you have terrible taste in literature), but then translate that to a format where the words dribble out and you have to click your mouse every time you wanted to read the next sentenc…1 found this helpful
