On Hold - Call Center Simulator

I really enjoyed this game! Ran into a few bugs, but nothing that made it unplayable. Husband and I are both call center employees and got a kick out of the calls. If you like job simulators this one is definitely worth a try!

Exactly what it says on the tin, cold call simulation, but its actually fun if you enjoy the grindy game style - still early access, so theres a few issues, main one so far i keep running into is if someone has moved house, you can't verify a new address the loop is just asking for an NT number so you have to end call. good time killer though.

I downloaded this thinking it would be a joke, I WAS WRONG. Sure the call audios seem a little bit broken as far as normal conversation would flow but the content and most of the customer reactions seem genuine. I worked in a call center for many years and thought this would be some AI cheap knock off with tons of stupid minigames. I seriously felt like I was sitting at a cubicle about to start my first day all over again. the knowledge base articles for fixing the issues looked and felt just like some materials we used at 2 of the previous companies I worked for. The customer database looked real. verifying a customer account went exactly how we really did it. The devs either did a lot of homework or they worked in a call center themselves. Honestly a good game that gives a realistic feel for what this job would really be like.

Love this game, my only real gripe is the calls seem to be out of sync with the transcript, apart from that it's great
