This game is my new favorite puzzle game 10/10

really fun open ended puzzle game. I appreciate how accessible they make the programing aspect, essentially using symbols and a timeline makes it seem really easy to build a solution and by the time you are done you realize you have built something fairly complex and it feels great. I never felt like the game was too hard or cheating me in any way the biggest opponent was usually myself trying to make something work that was doomed from the start.

Sigmar has me in his clutches

This is an excellent puzzle game, challenging enough to make you feel smart for solving its puzzles but not so challenging as to feel overly frustrating. Its story is interesting, too, and helps give context and meaning to each of the puzzles you're tasked with solving. Replay value can be found in optimizing your puzzle solutions and in the solitaire minigame Sigmar's Garden, a simple yet fun matching game that ties in well with the main game. The DLC is as interesting as the main story and different enough in terms of its puzzles that you may want to work your way through both at the same time, at least once you've progressed enough in the main story to feel comfortable with how the game works.

good game but my head explodes at production alchemy

This is a challenging puzzle game where you use various bits of machinery to bond elements together into a desired configuration and automate the production. You select various arms wheels, and devices and give them a series of instructions to produce the desired results when you start the machine and let it run. The challenge is in syncing everything up and putting everything together without the bits colliding into each other as the machine cycles, and doing it in an as inexpensive and efficient way as possible. It can take a good while to solve each puzzle, setting up each segment of the solution, running through it, making corrections through trial and error. The programming could have been implemented a little better, as there's no way to step backwards through the instructions, and they could have made it easier to stay organized, given the ability to group instructions or turn sections on and off, etc., but it's still a good game and worth the time if this is the sort of puzzle you like.
