Simple game, good graphics, and fun challenge my only issue is the intense frame freeze every now and then but its still a fun game

Simple line of sight stealth game. Solid environment and storytelling. Has questionable frame drops when looking in certain directions (maybe loading screens would help so all assets don't need to be loaded at once)

No key binding settings. No 21:9 support. ESC does not exit menus.

Out Of The Shadows is a short stealth game that I think does a good job of getting straight to the point. I play as Dr. Graham Ellington, a scientist who has spent ten years in prison after being framed for leaking nuclear secrets. I am given a chance to escape and uncover who was responsible, which gives the whole thing a simple but effective reason to keep moving forward. It is a third person adventure and the entire experience is designed to be completed in around 20 to 25 minutes, so I knew going in that this was going to be more of a short story than a full sized stealth game. The stealth is easily the strongest part for me. I have to use shadows and blind spots to avoid the guards, while things like turning off lights and throwing objects give me a few different ways to get past certain areas. I liked the focus on light because it fits the name of the game and gives the environment an actual purpose. The guards can also hear what I am doing, so I cannot simply walk around without thinking about where I am going. It is a basic stealth system, but it works well enough for such a short experience. For me the game simply doesn't load, maybe its my hardware but i kinda doubt it.

Best game, loved the story and the graphics. Stealth mechanics are lovely. I think I saw the developer staring at me in Railway Chai Wala game. Kudos to this Indian Game Developer, waiting for him to make more games.
