pros +solid adventure/point and click + good dialog + a combat system that i feel is better for when your controlling 1 char then the standard turn-base system. if you were controlling 3-6 chars at once though it would be hectic. + the rpg element adds something more to the already existing genre. + can play in a single sitting as long as you dont get stuck. neutrals = its a short game but alot in this genre are and its a fair price = music is nice and fitting = no rekeybindings but this game doesnt really need them cons - using steam screenshot button advances the dialog so make sure you read the dialog before taking a pic. i havent tested the ingame screenshot button though so cant say further there. - i dont care about achievements but for those achievement hunters there are none. other tidbits of info. the game is a good point and click adventure game with added rpg lv which gives you +10 health and +1 attribute point per lv. combat isnt turn-based but instead meter based. your bar fills up over secs. different options cost different amounts of the meter. combat is pretty simple and just adds to the game more variety then your normal point and click. you …

I don't play many games anymore, but I've played lots of point-and-click style games back in the day. This game feels like it draws inspiration from Quest for Glory, which is a huge plus to me. The dialog is great, especially the merchant in town, and the puzzles make sense. I haven't finished it yet, but I'm pretty sure I'm close to finishing it.

The game was good but quite short. It took me about 3 hours to complete it. Worth the money I paid for it.

This is an incredibly bare bones game that feels more like a demo than an actual game. I cannot stress enough that you shouldn't spend five dollars on this game. Expect to only take an hour or so to finish. Puzzles are very straightforward. You need to get a skull hanging from a tree? Use the throwing knife you picked up. Got to distract some goblins (that you can't fight and will run from if you take too long to do anything)? Throw a fish (which you can get by talking to the fisherman and finding out he wants something that you can easily get in town). Need to distract some robed guys? Throw some poppers a kid is playing with (trading a wooden sword that you carve from a piece of wood from an abandoned cart). That's pretty much the extent of the puzzle solving. There's only six screens/locations in the woods (where you can be attacked) and five of them loop around so don't expect to be wandering anywhere like Quest for Glory or other similar adventure games. Two other locations you use a map to fast travel to and finish whatever needs to be done on that screen. Combat is like a bad version of Quest for Infamy. This is one of those games that really needs a neutral rating, I'm only thumbing it up because it filled my nostalgia needs for a certain retro adventure/rpg game series. For $2.99 you get a game that takes ~2h to finish and scratches the Quest for Glory itch. The game has maybe 14 screens, with straightforward puzzles, and extemely imbalanced, janky combat that isn't too offensive; just spam the attack button, everything else is a waste of time. Puzzles are straightforward and there's nothing too convoluted, although I never figured out how to get the mud for the potion of heroism, game was beatable without it.
