About Plane Mechanic Simulator

Plane Mechanic Simulator puts you in a role of an RAF ground crew technician at the start of the Battle of Britain. You will face various tasks ranging from simple refueling to engine repairs and gun harmonization. In order to bring you the best possible experience we have meticulously recreated 3 legendary British aircraft of that era:
- Supermarine Spitfire Mk.1
- De Havilland Tiger Moth
- De Havilland Mosquito
- Hawker Hurricane
- Bristol Blenheim
- And more to come!

Plane Mechanic Simulator offers 81 missions, almost 800 parts to tinker with and an unprecedented attention to detail.
The game also features a unique campaign where you are assigned to a specific squadron with your own machine and pilot. Make a mistake and he might not return from a mission. Perform well and he will become an ace.

The game is abandonware DO NOT GIVE THESE PARASITES YOUR MONEY. It hasn't had a real update in over 4 years, and they still are missing chapter 3 in missions, this game says it it a "full release" but IT IS A LIE. They have no intention of ever truly completing this game, and you should not give it another second of your thought. If you must have a "mechanic simulator" type of game there are no lack of other Much better(and actually finished) options here on steam.10 found this helpful
unlike Car Mechanic Sim, Tank Mechanic Sim, Gunsmithing Sim which are all great with tons of detail and story and great controls....THIS game however is the complete opposite. -Clunky controls -everything feels like it's on rails -almost nothing is interactive, you can click all over the screen with absolutely NOTHING happening -the few interaction spaces are buggy or simply poorly coded -the interface is uninformative -it feels like there is simply nothing to do except click everywhere on the screen and hope something has an interaction -it has no real "tool feel" like other simulators, it is click and miss everywhere -it's very barebones -even with the discount sale it feels like a ripoff -it's a half ass copy of other far superior simulators which involve actual mechanics.2 found this helpful
Last update: Titled: "We are fully released now" WHY IS UNSCREWING BOLTS RATE LIMITED1 found this helpful
In-depth engine models down to the bolt. Detailed mechanic-level maintenance of the guns. Radio adjustment. You will learn to celebrate refueling, reoiling, and topping off the coolant of these planes, because it means you FINALLY diagnosed the problem and got everything back together. The feeling of satisfaction is incredible, and so are the models. The repair minigame is barebones, but consistently winnable and quick, so I don't really mind doing it. Do not let the game fool you into thinking this is just another eurojank. This is an incredibly stable game, with no bugs across my playtime, (34 hours at time of writing) which is more than I can say for any AAA game I've played in the last 15 years. It's gonna take more than 2 hours to really get into this game, And the learning curve is a cliff. A functional understanding of how piston engines work is extremely helpful going into this game. That said, it's not My Summer Car, and it will hold your hand through the process, it's impossible to assemble anything incorrectly. I really enjoy this game, especially as a meditative treat. Highly recommend.1 found this helpful
cool game but unfinished and abandoned1 found this helpful
Unfinished, abandoned, and just went to "complete" to avoid lawsuits. Avoid anything that this dev does in the future, has an association with via bundle purchases, and anything either Publisher also puts out. Save yourself money, so you can buy /complete/ games. That's not the practice here.
