About Polarity
✦ AI summary
Hack your way through a fiendishly clever puzzle platformer that demands quick thinking and faster reflexes to penetrate a world-changing database. Challenge yourself solo, team up with a friend in dedicated co-op levels, or face off in chaotic versus matches.
An incredible single-player experience
You’re hired to hack into the most secure database on the planet by a client with big money and mysterious motives. Uncover the mystery as you progress deeper into the system’s core in this amazingly clever puzzle platformer.
Polarity is made exclusively for experienced gamers. You’ll need clever wits and fast reflexes to beat the system’s security and reach the world-changing prize buried deep inside.
Full-featured co-op campaign
Polarity also features a separate two-player local coop campaign, which supports both gamepads and mouse & keyboard.
“15 co-op campaign levels were created just for multi play, and they're just as satisfying as the solo content.”
-Co-optimus.com
Finally, there’s a kinetic 2 player versus mode that leverages Polarity’s core mechanics.
“It's a bit like goalie vs. goalie soccer, but it's a riot. Gather the friends together, let's toss the ole cube around.”

Once I load into the game, I can't move at all. I tried all my keys, restarted the game and such. Terrible this is.10 found this helpful
Pretty simple puzzle game. it's similar to Portal in execution but no portals. it has multiplayer modes too1 found this helpful
There is going to be comparison to Portal because they are both FPS puzzle sci-fi themey. Unfortunately, it's like Portal but worse, it's just a bit more frustrating that made me want to uninstall it soon into my playthrough, and not as fun or well designed or charming, Nothing to make me want to keep playing. Also, the full price in 2025 without discounts on Steam is $12.99 Australian Dollars. Portal at full price is $9.99 Australian Dollars. The value isn't there either sorry.1 found this helpful
Get it on sale. It's actually a really fun and challenging puzzle game.
Polarity is a Portal-like 3d puzzle-platformer, that is mostly worse than Portle in every way, but was also made by a small indie team and not Valve. It does scratch this itch of navigating interesting 3d evironment and puzzles are quite fun. I will give a thumbs up because Polarity gave me a small challange for one evening. But you need to be warned — the game seems to tie your jumps to your fps somehow so if you have more than 60 fps, jumps become very unreliable. This is borderline game-breaking bug, but you can go around it by manualy limiting fps for this game in Steam game properties.
good a ton of fun BUT short plzzz add more dlcs
