What an awesome game. Can’t believe it’s free, or that they gave up on it on PCVR. I bought it on Meta to support them, although kind of bummed it’s not being developed on here as I would rather pay for this one.2 found this helpful
This is the best FREE VR workout game available. I have tried a few and this one is the one that works and isnt just a preview for a paid version. It does not contain ads and has tons of workouts. There is a narrator which tells you every move you have to do but I just turn it off and put on a podcast or audiobook cause the voice is a bit annoying. The preview the game gives is enough. I dont know how much I am going to play this game in the future because I do have have a few others I paid for. This one is perfect for someone who wants to try if working out using VR if something for them without investing any money.

Nice game for fitness and it's free
TL;DR: Good concept. Well polished. But ultimately boring and falls far short of producing the proper workout needed. This turns out to not be a game. Instead it's nothing more than a workout app that's not even good enough to make me pant. I went for what seems to be a much harder (5 stars) "level" called "Beyond the pain" and it didn't even raised my heart rate to cardio levels. No joke, I got bored in the middle of it. No panting, only sweat - which isn't accomplishing much since I overheat easily anyway. All of these issues could have been so easily solved by just removing the announcer telling ahead of time what is coming. This would have both made the exercices come one after another much faster (thereby making it good cardio) and would've made it a proper game that's challenging reaction time and such. Instead, it's just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ workout app... A well polished turd but a turd nonetheless.
