Short Review
Like the first Add-On this one is missing the music. Also in itself mouse is not supported, textures are the crunchy original. To the expansion itself: i think the maps are much better and visually but also gameplay wise. The latter although, I think the maps from the first expansion where more unique, had more interestening ideas to offer. On the other hand one of the new enemies is just a pain to fight against, it shoots projectiles like the three legged monster, but much faster thus you cannot dodge it, altough the damage is very low compared to it making it okay to fight. There are new weapons, but those are not really interestening. Reskins of current weapons, adding a grenade that splits into three grenades and a rocket launcher shooting now three missiles. There is also a lava nailer, basically all of them being an upgrade to the base weapon. There is also a plasma weapon that tends to work like a rocket launcher but with less splash damage and the abundance of ammo for it made it my go to weapon for the expansion. The last boss is annoying, as the boss itself has a neat mechanic where he can only attack when he sees you, thus being below or behind hi…

Ok, you probably know about Scourge of Armagon. Well, it's something similar, but now with different weapons and different enemies, and you also get to play in new settings, looking more like medieval castles and pyramids. And yes, you get to fight a dragon at the end. Both expansion packs are good. And for some unknown reason I always look at them together because they seem to be complementing one another. They both have new guns, they both have new enemies, and at the same time they are complete opposites, with Scourge of Armagon being more futuristic, and Dissolution of Eternity focused more on fantasy-like settings. I liked it, and do recommend it.

It has the same problem as Mission Pack 1. The program will not save your settings.
