I also played Babylon 2055 Pinball, both of these games are nearly indetical so I'm going to review just this one. For context, the last pinball game I ever played was that thing on windows xp. I have no clue how these games are supposed to work, I somehow managed to beat this one though. I unlocked all the levels, I consider it to be the finish line and I refuse to elaborate further. There are achievements you can try to get but I quite frankly don't have the balls or patience to do it. For less than a euro, it ain't bad. You'll have fun playing for about an hour or two depending on your playstyle.

Much the same as Babylon and Zombie Pinball, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but with the added frustration of inconsistent achievement unlocks. I have accomplished all of the requirements that I've still yet to unlock -- Epsilon, Zeta, Easier, and Kill Them All, but they are VERY conditional or inefficiently programmed.

Note: This review will seem very similar to my review for Babylon 2055 pinball. This is because the "developer" of both games just copy and pasted the entire game. Asset flipping begins at home, I guess. Quantic Pinball is an extraordinarily mediocre pinball simulator game... I won't go into explaining what pinball is, but it's important to know there's quite a few pinball games on Steam, and while I don't agree with their predatory pricing models, a few of them give you completely free tables to play on and are backed by a really solid pinball simulator engine. This one is the opposite. You can unlock a handful of tables, but there's no point... this is worse than the 3D spaceman pinball you get with Windows XP. It's only in 2D, there's no table bumping feature (I guess you don't have to worry about Tilt???)... it's just a simplistic mess that I am surprised isn't a Flash game. And a slew of technical shortcomings. From a technical perspective, the game doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resol…

Quantic Pinball, developed by Shine Research and published by Plug In Digital, is an arcade-style digital pinball experience that aims to capture the spirit of classic machines while adding a handful of creative twists to differentiate itself from more traditional simulators. Released as an accessible indie title, it focuses on delivering straightforward, score-driven gameplay rather than an elaborate simulation of real-world pinball physics. The result is a game that sits comfortably between nostalgia and experimentation, offering players a compact but varied collection of tables designed to test reflexes and timing. At its core, Quantic Pinball stays true to the fundamentals of the genre. Players launch the ball onto the table, control a pair of flippers, and attempt to keep the ball in play while racking up as many points as possible. The controls are simple and intuitive, making the game easy to pick up even for those who may not have extensive experience with digital pinball. The pacing can shift quickly from calm precision shots to chaotic multiball moments, capturing the unpredictability that makes pinball so compelling. The physics are generally responsive, though they lea…
