About Randal's Tuesday

Help Randal, Matt, and Charlie solve a ghoulish mystery that haunts their university in this old-school point-and-click adventure.

Much like the A-team, our ‘heroes’ are accused of committing a heinous crime they didn’t commit. The story begins with them testifying before an angry student council demanding answers about the incident. Here, each of our main characters will share their side of the story, narrating the game’s plot through flashbacks; however, at certain points, the story will return to the present. There will be connections to Randal’s Monday, but don’t worry—you don’t need to play that game to understand and fully enjoy this plot. We want to emphasize this point.

Three boneheads under your command: This time, you’ll control three different characters (Randal, Matt, and Charlie). Each will have access to unique locations, items, skills, and dialogue options, specific to each of them. A plot that delivers: The story jumps from one character to another, with plenty of flashbacks and surprises saved for the home stretch. If you enjoy surreal humor and unexpected plot twists, this game is for you. A college vibe: Want to chug from a beer keg while doing a handstand? Cheat on a test? Go to a toga party? Beat some nerds in a role-playing game? Take someone to the spring ball? Overcome the toughest trials to join an exclusive fraternity? Then you belong here.

Nerdy collectibles: The campus is overflowing with items to collect. You’ll also find bootleg copies of epic games like Last Fantasy VII and Plastic Gear Solid. These collectibles will be added to a list for you to check anytime. Find them all, and there’s an additional surprise waiting for you.

There were a few annoying bugs and glitches that forced me to replay a part of the game. Also some problems with English voice overs. Honestly, I don't mind any of those problems, if not for the utterly lazy writing. The story is a complete flop. It really goes nowhere and gets boring real fast. Humor, graphics and lots of references are nice, but they don't save the game from being barely playable.

I have been a huge fan of the first game for years, and boy oh boy i enjoyed this game a lot. The only issue i had with it is that is way shorter than the original, i would have love more puzzles using Charlie and Matt, and maybe a bit more to explore after the plottwist. I also understand that we got it thanks to a kickstarter so i appreciate that at least we got some more of the Randals adventures to enjoy. That being said, the game feels like a DLC prequel, so if you loved the first one, please make yourself a favour and enjoy this master piece too

I recently had the pleasure of re-beating Randal's Tuesday. There's not a lot I can offer beyond "It's exactly what you'd expect coming off of Randal's Monday" the plot's zany, the graphics are definitely a choice at this point and the references are dated but in the same niche as Randal's Monday meaning we're all very nostalgic for it right now. I don't feel I need to compel you to buy this because you've already made up your minds, dear reader, because you beat Randal's Monday and that's why you're here checking out the... PREQUEL!? Oh yeah, that's right. This bad boy is set BEFORE Monday! Your mind was just blown. Buy it, Sit back and enjoy it! ... Maybe replay Monday First to hijinx.

Randall is back and ready to cause mischief. (Or rather, his former self is.) Even back in college, he and his best friend Matt were full of crazy ideas. A successful prologue!
