What do we propose ?

"Game development as service". We are professional game designers and skilled VR developers also an avid gamers. We want to make this and future games for you and for us, game that we all enjoy and love to play together. We have clear picture what this game is about and technical limitation of current VR technology, but we will try to get maximum out of it and polish every aspect as much as possible. We love to be interactive with our community involving them from the early stage of product creation that we strongly believe will only benefit our game and its audience together. Hence you have unique chance to participate in game development, vote for which features to include or how to tune them. For example should we have simulation grade melee or more arcade approach? Which kind of weapons would you like to be implemented together with well-known, exotic ones or some other. We will provide frequent builds and iterate each aspect as closely as possible.

    About Us

VRKemono is a newly founded studio dedicated only to VR games and media. We have commercial game development and outsource experience on all major platforms. We are genuine pioneers and know how to design games professionally for VR that is still rather new medium.
Experienced on the Oculus Quest 2 and Windows Mixed Reality
You can view my review & gameplay here: https://youtu.be/CqYmsh2lsyc I know this game is in Early Access and I hate to give a negative review when I can see that the developer is actively developing the game. However, what's available right now is just not enough and it's also not very good. It's a nice start to what might be a good game, but I have to review the game that I played. What's available right now is two things. A very simple sandbox where you can cut pieces of wood / bamboo and some fruits & veggies with a sword (2 handed or 1 handed). You also have a bow & arrow wave shooter mini-game, that's very similar to Holopoint ... just not nearly half as good. There's some nice physics to the swords. You can see where you cut through the lettuce, but there' s also some strange physics where you'll cut the middle block of wood, but completely phase through the top piece of wood right above it on a downward swing. The bow & arrow mini-game on the other hand ... well it's just not fun. When enemies get near you, you'll just automatically climb over their heads. It seems like they attack through you and noth…

i seem to have bad luck with games, this hast been updated in 6 months and the game itself is janky, the katana physics which is the only light of the game is horrid, there is no in depth fighting and its got horrible graphics and its confusing to start, anyone who is going to buy this, please, please, DONT

This is an impressive start to what might be an amazing game... I agree with some other reviews that the content is still in-process, but just by people who like to swing swords around and cut stuff, or shoot bows (which is actually very accurate in stark contrast to the sword-phasing in and out of contact) there is a ton of data still left on the table to be collected for refinement. I was really impressed with the introduction of the messenger ninja, and the overall environment. Also, I had the bow & arrow mini-game freeze on me... I went back, since I was close to high score, but it froze again. boooo... Another thing with the mini-game, is that some of the enemy ninja freeze/glitch where you can't kill them. Thus, you can not progress to the next wave. There is a portal to open and then use both bow & katana to kill a monster. It was a fun fight. I drop weapons on accident all the time... Some of the dynamics are off, but mostly it is really coming together. Very fun experience for me.

Not a bad game for your money, I recommend you try it, I liked it, there are almost no cons in it! There is a similar game, which is a pure masterpiece with all the mechanics, very realistic graphics and it is very hardcore, I may do a review on it later!

...with caveats...there isn't a lot of content. For 6 bucks it is an interesting sojourn into a limited world, but I am hopeful, if the game hasn't been abandoned, for more content and refining of the game play. I guess we'll see...
