"Reaper Rules" is a badly made GameMaker Studio game, a hybrid of a couple of the stock GameMaker Studio game modes (platformer, top down etc). The game attempts to be narrative driven, with a supernatural mystery theme as you follow the uninspired protagonist through various 2D platforming and 2D top down shooter challanges, all badly written, badly translated, and badly implemented. The game was acquired by notorious asset flippers/review manipulators at DIG Games and republished as garbage shovelware. I think it does need to be pointed out this is not an asset flip (asset flips look more polished and play better!). This was a case of a "developer", unskilled beyond the ability to buy a copy of GameMaker Studio bashing out a game without any of the prerequisite skills, talent, training or budget to do so. DIG Games have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Maybe someone would enjoy it, but replaying over and over not my cup of tea. Maybe somebody who enjoys the old games and pixel style. But for me it's complicated for no reason
