Rebuild 3: Gangs of Deadsville

[h1]Rebuild 3 Aims High but Ends Up Worse[/h1] Rebuild 3 is the classic [b]"previous game, but more"[/b]-kind of sequel. Sadly however I feel [b]the fun[/b] was lost between Rebuild 2 and 3, and for two main reasons: [h3]Rebuild 3 lacks Quality of Life.[/h3] - Without a [b]"Zero Animations"-mode[/b] your time is constantly wasted by watching screens fade in and out. - Without [b]keyboard hotkeys[/b] your mouse is constantly going all over the screen to click buttons. - Many [b]buttons feel like they're covered in gum[/b] and need multiple presses to work. And since this is 99% of the gameplay, I constantly felt frustrated by the game. But! Much worse than that: [h3]Rebuild 3 lacks drama.[/h3] The first few days of a new game feel exciting and tense, as you command your team of survivors to hold down the fort, scout, secure supplies, and slowly expand the barricade. But without any time pressure [b](or really any risk of losing at all)[/b] you'll quickly be sitting there, just waiting to [b]inevitably[/b] win. It's [b]the worst part[/b] of many 4X or 4X-like games, like Civilization 5 and Heroes of Might and Magic 3, but without even the early-game challenges those games have. [b…

I haven't played enough Rebuild 3 to review it, but I loved Rebuild 2 so much that this gets a positive review

Rebuild 1 and Rebuild 2 is my go to zombie strategy game back in Kongregate. Rebuild 3 is highly recommended for its unique strategy game and its story line. Very worth it for me especially having the true Cure ending.

It was really nice, I love this game.. The gameplay is pretty nice, you are in a town that you can generate in quick play, or the one from Story Mode where you go through preset cities to find a cure for the zombie infections.. You can also set difficulties for the city that you are in too, from easy to impossible difficulty. There's alot of factions with interesting stuff too, some of them are neutral, but some are hostile.. You can try to make alliance with them or drive them out of the city. These factions also have their own story which you can choose to do. Some of them will fight against each other, or even ask you to go to a war against another faction. You can also do research to increase your survival abilities, city defense, and trying to get more survivors into your city. You can even research craftable items that can be used to lure zombies, kill zombies with traps, explosives, medkits, and even fireworks for your survivors. Random event can happen during the gameplay, and based on the stats of your survivors it will give you different effects, and sometimes it ends in a life or death situation.
