Rewind or Die is a heart-thumping, blood-dripping blast from the past. Your co-worker flaked out on their shift yet again and it's up to you to cover them. And of course, there's a serial killer who's been staking their claim in that area. Just another day at a video rental store... right?
Deal with irate customers, horrible bosses and keep your VHS store clean (or at least as clean as it can be). Don't worry about the occasional creepy phone call or that person watching you through the front window, it's all part of the job.

It was way more fun than I expected. The game is definitely more on the trashy side and feels more like a funny horror game than a serious horror experience, but I honestly didn't mind that at all. I really liked the PS1 style visuals and the story was decent enough to keep me interested. I was also surprised by how many different locations the game had for such a small indie game. The killer stays present throughout the game without constantly chasing you, which helped keep the pacing enjoyable. Overall I ended up enjoying it a lot more than I expected and I'm definitely looking forward to playing more games from Torture Star.1 found this helpful

A simply wonderful short horror puzzle game. The graphics, atmosphere, music, and sound design are all top-notch. The overall design deserves special praise, everything is executed very creatively and with a nice gory edge. The level design, and consequently the gameplay as a whole is very interesting and not overly complicated, so you generally always know what to do and how to do it. The sewer section is a bit confusing, but again, you can find a map around every corner and there are signs everywhere, so it’s not hard to find your way around. The game is very forgiving. Any death sends or rewind you back to the nearest checkpoint in the progression, which makes the playthrough smooth and straightforward. On the downside, unfortunately, you can’t fast-forward through dialogues, which is pretty annoying, especially when replaying chapters. The first two chapters are pretty boring compared to the second half of the game, but again, they are short, and the second half is simply magnificent, so it’s worth putting up with it for a bit. A wonderful gam, I highly recommend it to all fans of short cute gory horrors.
