This game instantly brightens your mood and makes you smile, because it shows that to be a good undercover agent you don't need to be a super athlete. You just need a sharp brain and the ability to convincingly pretend to be furniture

Rogue Agent is a small turn based strategy game with a secret agent theme, but it is much more focused on quick decisions than a big spy story. I am basically trying to influence a world that is heading towards a global conflict by managing agents and agencies across different countries. The whole thing is presented in a very simple 2D style, and I like that it does not waste much time getting me into the actual strategy. It feels more like a small strategy experiment that I can play in short sessions rather than a huge campaign that expects me to spend hours learning it. The turn based system is what makes it work for me. I have to think about where I want to send my agents and how I want to develop my influence instead of simply reacting to everything at once. There is a nice feeling when I make a decision and then watch the situation develop over the following turns. I also like that the game has a world map and different agencies, because it gives the simple mechanics a sense of scale.
