⭐⭐⭐⭐ Santa’s Hunt — I Just Wanted Presents, Not Trauma 🎅🔪 Booting up Santa’s Hunt, the game immediately hits you with the Bloody Crow Games logo 🩸🐦 and honestly? Pretty slick animation. A cool little “hey, this is our thing” moment before the madness starts. Respect. Then… boom. Game starts in Deutsch No warning. No “choose your language.” Just straight up German like “Viel Glück, idiot.” I’m not sure if it’s a bug, a design choice, or Santa personally testing my Duolingo streak but you’ll need to manually switch it to English. On the bright side, there are 6 languages total, which is actually kinda nice 👍 Visually, the game rocks a retro 16/8-bit-ish style 🎮 (whatever the correct term is you know the vibe). Old-school, crunchy, nostalgic horror energy. You play as a child "James" , and within ONE SCENE of seeing your parents… 💥 Santa Claus (Krampus edition) brutally murders them in horrendous ways. Wow! Great job! I really liked how all over the place the gameplay was, really never knew what to expect. Mixed genres very well, great bite sized chrimbo game. 7.5/10

Fun little game! Mixture of play styles involved, starting off with typical menial horror game tasks, but it eventually ramps up into survival horror then even full-on FPS carnage. Playtime is roughly 15-30 minutes depending on how much you want to look around and just enjoy the experience, or listen to the surprisingly decent music. Interested to see what the developer comes up with next :)
