About Savage Halloween
In Savage Halloween the world is taken over by monsters from the afterlife who were trapped in the Earth after a Halloween party, and now they have decided to make their new home here.
Every year the monsters are invited to the big 24hr Halloween rave, but this time no one came home, as an evil vampire used a spell to block the passage back to the afterlife because, according to him, the party could not stop.Among the guests, James, a farmer who had his eternal rest interrupted, took his shotgun and decided to end the riot.
Join the resistance and send everyone home. No one can handle so much noise, goo and werewolf hair on clothes anymore.
- James: in life, a grumpy farmer; in the afterlife, he remains in a bad mood and now also armed;
- Lulu: Werewolf who is not sure if he is a man who dreamed he was a dog, or a dog who dreamed he was a man;
- Dominika: Daughter of the partying Dark Lord, Dominika is a geek from the depths who urgently wants to come home to see her favorite series.
Shoot through 7 scenarios with varied gameplay and mechanics, from flying on a witch's broom to hitchhiking on a penguin's back.

Decided to play this for Halloween weekend and got instantly sucked in! This game nails the '90s pixelated horror aesthetic and it has buttery smooth controls (tested with both xbox 360 and ps5 controllers). You can even choose to have a CRT filter to really transport you back in time. It's really great for beginners yet chasing the No Death Game and Hardcore achievements give it some real fangs. I loved zooming around in the air as Dominika and I can't wait to play her again next Halloween when I go for that last hardcore achievement ;) For the price, it's a steal, whether on sale or not. I hadn’t played a platformer in ages, and this one reminded me how good it feels to lose track of reality for a while. 10/10 will escape Hell over and over again 🦇1 found this helpful
I have now played thru this game on my Nintendo Switch as well as on my PC thru Steam. I have played thru this developers other games, but this one stands out as my favourite. Perhaps its the Halloween theme, perhaps it is that each character moves and controls slightly different. Either way, it is a great little throw-back run & gun arcade game. Good controls, great pixel graphics, awesome chip-tune music, all good things about these older style games with some modern day improvements. Definately a thumbs up recommendation!
