Possibly one of the worst games I've ever played. Cons: - The game never really does anything with its main gimmick of being a one-screen game, feels more like an excuse to have just one cycle "beat" on all stages, - all areas feel about the same, most of them have the same obstacles and just blend together, - most of the game is just waiting for the right cycles, actual platforming challenges are sparse and usually not too demanding - janky as hell: getting stuck on corners, invisible walls, you name it, this game has it all Pros: - none really, the single moment I enjoyed about this game was clicking the uninstall button The game is probably fine for a casual playthrough, but doing the yolo achievement with no assist will truly test your patience. Avoid at all cost.2 found this helpful
What a whacky and creative idea for a game, great fun to be had for the persistent!
Scoot Kaboom and the Tomb of Doom is a single level super difficult platformer that will take you probably about 40 minutes to complete. There are different characters and challenges to try and you can collect all the secrets, but this just adds another layer of difficulty to an already frustrating game. If you like skill challenge games that require you to try again and again and again, you might enjoy this game. For me, it was too short and shallow to recommend
Challenge platformers aren't really my cup 'o tea, but also not a terrible game. Pros: * Infinite fails * A couple cheat modes that are toggleable for those sections I just can't get to. * Fast travel throughout the board Cons: * The character really isn't all that dynamic. Just jumps. * If they were going to do something other than the most generic platform tropes, I didn't see it.
Rating:3/10
Completion difficulty:7/10 The game is a decent rage platformer, but I wasn't a fan, and some of the achievements are bugged - those for reaching new areas. The aesthetic is cute but the gameplay just wasn't my thing at all, didn't have much fun finishing the game once, and you have to do it a few more times after.
It's cool
