I spent money on the first one for heroes nad staff they made the same game but polished it and never transferd over at LEASET the charactrs unlocked in the first one.... This company has no shame on how preditory it is with transactions. I supported them for years and if this is how they treat someone who supported them I feel for those who just wanna play a fun game now and then.... This game is PREDITORY!

Don't invest your time in this game. Shop Heroes was actually Quite Good from 2016 to 2020 until it died in 2022. It actually had a 'Finish Line', even if you had to spend thousands of hours, and after reaching it, the rest you do is min-maxing your Teams. Shop Legends (Shop Heroes 2.0) is an attempt to start this milking-madness all over again, based on some useless Packs. (I remember buying only 1 Pack for Shortcut Reasons.) But knowing that Cloudcade can make a Game, for Example in 2024, and after 6 Years take it from the Market like it's Nothing, shows how much they care about Us (Veterans) and where their focus lies. And if you don't believe me: Play this Game and you will be spammed with useless Packs every Week, if not more often, depending on how desperate they are. Be aware if You get Banned (for whatever reason) it's PERMANENT. Without a second chance of Rehabilitation or any Clarification via Email etc. Doesn't matter how much Money/Time You invested into this Game. I was personally banned for automating the Production Line (scripting); and honestly, I don't regret it. And I'm thankful to the Person who snitched on Me for Two simple Reasons: a) 2–3 years aft…

No moderation at all on chat windows. Players acts like the game is to run off all new players. Then there is the none stop cure and rude talk. Now the game is just a money pit.

No character customization just throws you in a game as a blonde girl with no video or tuttorial
