About Signalfall
After a catastrophic crash, you find yourself stranded on a remote and hostile planet.
Alone, with limited resources, your mission is clear:
establish operations, extract valuable materials, and prove the planet is worth colonizing.
But you are not alone.
Design and expand your own extraction networks:
Drill → Process → Store → Uplink
Everything you build depends on power. Manage your energy grid carefully by connecting machines through a flexible cable system.
Each successful transfer earns you credits, allowing you to unlock new technologies and expand your operations.
But every transmission comes at a cost.
Defend your outposts using automated turrets and direct combat while your systems complete the uplink process.
The more you send, the greater the threat.
Establish forward outposts, optimize your production lines, and push deeper into dangerous territory.
Expand, automate, defend — and take control of the planet.
• Automated resource extraction and processing systems
• Dynamic defense events triggered by orbital transfers
• Power network management using cables and energy sources
• Exploration-driven progression across multiple resource zones
• Tech tree progression unlocked through orbital deliveries

Not recommended. At its current price, this game doesn't offer enough content or depth to justify the cost. The playable area is very limited, resource gathering quickly becomes repetitive, and the enemies provide almost no challenge. The game shows some potential, but it needs substantially more content, balancing, and polish before it's ready for a full release. I'll check back in six months and revise this review if development remains active and meaningful improvements are made. For now, I'd suggest waiting before purchasing.11 found this helpful
As of right now, I can't recommend this game. The tutorial is extremely barebones and it seems very repetitive so far. In addition, after putting about a half hour in, I got locked out because the monsters had destroyed my construction beacon AND the cables, and I need the cables connected to make cables.4 found this helpful
Definitely not ready for prime time. Menus work badly. Interface is klunky. I would wait a bit until this thing is baked a bit more.3 found this helpful
I do recommend Signalfall BUT I will say it is still VERY Early Access. There are bugs, severe frame drops, and systems/mechanics that need overhauling. With that said, I quite enjoyed it. You start out with almost nothing and work your way up. There is a "tutorial" or maybe a better term is quests without rewards so don't go crazy making things ahead of time. Be aware that after you make the shock stick thing, you will be attacked. Hit them before they destroy your newly built stuff. If they do destroy it, you may have to start over (you wont be able to craft a new cable if they wipe out your power source which is needed to make said cable). The little monster guys don't do damage to you (as of writing this on 6/1/26), so smack em at least once to get their attention on you and not your core items. Overall it's fun. I will be checking back in a few months to see how it's progressing! Have fun gamers!3 found this helpful
This game has potential but needs lots of work. You get stuck on progression(water purification) and cannot continue. Maybe after a patch or two things will improve.3 found this helpful
Bugs, got stuck and cannot get out at all :-( Still really cool and I know it IS EA so very very cool, just hope upload from issues :-) OK
