This is a bare-bones classic puzzle with zero QOL, based on free pics from a website that specializes in genAI stuff. The soundtrack is from that royalty-free music guy who's been using genAI for several years. So unless the dev made an effort to avoid it, this game may or may not have genAI content without them even being aware. It's also hilariously overpriced. Probably to make you feel like you're getting a good deal when it's on a 90% sale. Oh, excuse me. It was only 89% once since it released *checks notes* three months ago. I finished the first two out of 24 puzzles. They were about as scary as a Halloween party in a kindergarden, which was a plus for me. Finishing the second one didn't trigger the "completed" dialog or unlock the next puzzle. It's hard to notice if a piece actually fits properly, and I couldn't see anything wrong. Progress wasn't saved when I checked back later. Oh well. A not bad jigsaw puzzle game with 24 puzzles. The puzzle pictures are nice and distinct with a "Halloween" theme. The music is appropriate to the theme and can be turned down or off. The resolution can be changed but doesn't go above 2560x1440. It is called "silhouette" because the background is the actual picture and it is very easy to just plunk pieces down over the top of the picture as you can easily see where they go. I prefer not having the picture behind the puzzle so I can put the pieces together on my own. The pieces do lock in place when they are in the right positions. You cannot put pieces together outside the working area and then drag them all to the appropriate spot - which for me is a must have. The biggest issue is that the puzzle pieces are all piled on top of each other at the start of a puzzle, so you have to spend time separating them all, which is tiresome. And it is sometimes hard to grab the correct piece because they are all piled up. This is a nice relaxed game with clear pictures and easy maneuvering, but for me is too simplistic. I'm not sure what the price point will be on this, but if it is under $5, it is a good buy. Recommend for casu…4 found this helpful
It's a simple set of 24 jigsaw puzzles. It handles well enough, no major gripes. It is a bit too easy though. Often clumps of pieces at the start happen to connect to one another and the silhouette that you're filling in makes it very easy to see where any piece you pickup goes. Some silhouettes are harder to see than others, but in some cases I could insert any piece I picked up into its correct location without really having to work and fiddle. This made the game a little too easy for my taste, but I still had enough fun completing it. There are websites where you can literally insert an image of your choosing and have it turn into a jigsaw puzzle and even do it online co-op if you want, so I don't know how much value there is in something as low effort as this game. Sites like tanggle.io The pricetag is a bit steep too for what's on offer, but if you're looking for some chill easy jigsaws, well you'll find that here. No Steam achievements though.3 found this helpful
Honestly, this game shouldn’t cost more than $2 - it’s the kind of experience you can get for free on mobile. And no achievements lol. ⢸⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⠉⡷⡄⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⡇⠢⣀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⡇⠀⠈⠑⢦⡀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Are you wasting your money again, son? ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⢀⠖⠒⠒⠒⢤⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⡇⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠙⢦⡀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⢸⠀⠀⣀⢤⣼⣀⡠⠤⠤⠼⠤⡄⠀⠀ ⡇⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠙⢄⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⢸⠀⠀⠑⡤⠤⡒⠒⠒⡊⠙⡏⠀⢀ ⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠑⠢⡄⠀ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠇⠀⣀⣀⣀⣀⢀⠧⠟⠁⠀ ⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⡇⠀ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠸⣀⠀⠀⠈⢉⠟⠓⠀⠀⠀⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⢸ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠈⢱⡖⠋⠁⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⢸ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⣠⢺⠧⢄⣀⠀⠀⣀⣀⠀⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⣠⠃⢸⠀⠀⠈⠉⡽⠿⠯⡆⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸ ⢸⠀⠀⣰⠁⠀⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠉⠉⠉⠀⠀ ⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸ ⢸⠀⠀⠣⠀⠀⢸⢄⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸⠀⢇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⡌⠀⠈⡆⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⢠⠃⠀⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⡇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸ ⢸⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸⠀⠀⠀⠁⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠷⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⢸

Clever games curator review: 5/10. A middle-of-the-road jigsaw puzzle collection, all Halloween-themed. Pros: Full touchscreen support. Art is decent and does not look obviously AI-generated. Cons:

A dimmed-out version of the fully solved puzzle is always visible and cannot be turned off; thus, solving the puzzle just relies on looking at the piece you’ve selected at random and seeing where it goes in the completed image.
When the puzzle pieces are randomized at the beginning of the game, they’re all placed on top of each other in two lines. Thus, organizing them is a huge pain. There’s plenty of room on the screen for better randomization than that, guys.
Conclusion: I suppose touchscreen users might appreciate this game since many jigsaw puzzle games don’t work with a touchscreen. That’s really all it has going for it; otherwise, it’s pretty generic, combined with some poor quality-of-life features described above. Also, the price seems pretty high, given that you can find more or less the same—or even significantly better—experiences on free jigsaw websites. …
