This is on the CUSP of being recommended. I enjoyed it, but it really is only the barebones beginning of what could be an EXCELLENT game here. So it's not that I didn't like what I played, but there needs to be SO MUCH MORE to it. It's a start, and a good one and I WANT TO SEE MORE. If this was Early Access, this would be a recommended game. Because I could expect there to be more in the future. There are also several bugs, including not be able to get slimes you have bred to show up in the record book, the Labyrinth having very poor collision. Pros: Cute, easy, good framework for a really big and beautiful game, very nice art and animation! Cons: you can't EVER keep your slimes happy when you're trying to breed anything specific, so you have a chorus of miserable, starving, sick slimes looking at the two you are feeding to keep them in the mood to breed, bugs in the journal and minigames, current content can be done in under 2 hours. More than willing to change this review if the game ever gets an update,8 found this helpful
Being that is is a game that requires clicking on objects, I was unable to click on majority of some items, especially in the shop menu. The "click box" was not aligned with the object. I believe having the ability to change your resolution of the game would help with this issue, however there was no resolution setting within the game, only full screen or window mode. Would love to have this resolve so that I may purchase it again. Refund requested.2 found this helpful
Slime Farm is a quirky farming sim where you run a farm full of slime creatures. Your goal is to care for these squishy little blobs by feeding them, harvesting resources, and expanding your farm. As you grow your slime population, you’ll unlock different types of slimes with their own unique needs and resources they produce. Overall, the game is a little slow for me. There isn’t much to do except wait, there isn’t much variety to what you feed your slime or what it does. Not a bad game on its own, though I wouldn’t put it up there with the Bunny Parks or the Cheeky Chooks of this genre. Steam doesn't let us post neutral reviews and this isn't a thumbs up for me, sorry.1 found this helpful

Great game. Highly recommended!!!
Cute and simple slime farming game! There are many good things about this game, and I believe that there is the potential for this to be a fun game used to pass the time. However, there is a lot of work that still needs to be done before it can get to this stage, as the amount of content that is here at the moment is not worth the $6 price. The good things about this game is the graphics. There are super cute slimes that you can pick up and throw around, which will ping-pong off the pen and into each other. Doing this was probably the highlight of the entire experience, and in this regard it is well done. The bad things is that there is just not a lot of content for it to be a full game, there are bugs where certain features just won't appear, and the collision on the hedge maze needs to be fixed. There is a lot of room for this game to grow into something great, like these cute little slime guys do. (New stages for the hedge maze would be great, new slime evolutions & elements, different kinds of items in the shop, more locations to keep slimes-), but until it does I don't think I can recommend this game for the price it is offering. However, if the game were free, I would say …
