It is basically that exact formula but on steroids, featuring four different sports and a ton of weird character abilities. Playing solo gets old pretty fast. The bots are either completely braindead or basically Neo from the Matrix on higher difficulties, no in-between. A bit clunky around the edges, with occasional physics jank and clipping. Grab it on a sale if you want a dumb, fun casual game to mess around with a buddy. Worth a look for the couch co-op alone.
