That is a very cool version of Snake! The music is nice, and the sprint helps a lot. Cool game!

You got no real goal with this game like a leaderboard with how long people have survived and maybe have some more designs like changing background or the snakes skin and also a speed up function that can help you process faster if needed in the beginning but the game also miss a pause button if you need go for a moment.

I'm sure creating this game was so more fun than play it

Snake 贪吃蛇 is about as simple as a game can get, but I actually enjoyed having a version of the classic Snake formula that focuses entirely on the basics. I control a small white snake, eat the red targets and try not to crash into myself or the edge of the play area. There is no complicated progression or unnecessary system getting in the way, and I appreciate that simplicity. The controls are straightforward and I can use the keyboard, arrow keys or a controller. There is also a button that speeds up movement, which gives me a little more control over the pace when I want to take a risk. I liked that the game keeps everything immediately understandable, because I can start playing without having to learn anything first. The main challenge comes from managing the growing length of the snake. Every food item makes the route more complicated because I have less space to work with, and one bad turn can end the run. I enjoy that gradual increase in pressure because it gives the simple concept a nice rhythm. At first I am relaxed, but eventually every movement matters. The pixel presentation fits the game well.
