Solitaire Bonbon is a basic mobile-app like solitaire puzzle game. Solve various puzzle levels using Klondike style card moving and matching. It's been done a million times before, for free, and free on mobile app stores too... yet this one has a hefty price tag on it. Who knew you can just charge $5 for mobile trash? I guess Creobit does. The developer, Creobit/8Floor, has copy + pasted this game an insane SEVENTY TWO TIMES onto Steam with minor reskins... why cash in on one asset if you can cash in on multiple copies of the same game? Full disclosure: I got this on sale for $1.50 USD and I'm happy I did. First, the soundtrack is a bouncy mix of music that's new to me and maybe one or two old favorites. It was really refreshing to hear new songs, and it fit in very well with the candy/adventure/vacation format. The backgrounds are also new, and the colors are bright, but still manage to make the cards pop out. The card styles are also new to me, and there are a lot of sweet themes to choose from. They make the game more fun, like a cross of Solitaire and Candy Crush. Playing feels different this time as I was able to finish the first location with a lot of extra points, broke even on the second, and I'm currently playing the third. It gets challenging at times, but so far nothing impossible. The car layouts also looked new to me, or they are ones I haven't seen often. Basically you play Solitaire, matching up or down one card value, suits and colors don't matter. To win you'll need luck, some jokers, and a few other goodies you can buy in the shop. I wish the game were a little more free with the money you earn, but you can replay earlier levels without it feeling like too much of a grind. Highly recommended…
