played this game on switch and thought it was barely playable on there, got it on steam soon after getting my pc only to realise the game was still unpolished as rusty steel the game has cool ideas and ♥♥♥♥♥ it up in the most baffling of ways -the levels are meant to be explorable but ends up just putting orbs in spots nobody with a pulse would ever go to and almost never does anything interesting with it -despite using litteraly every button on the controller it somehow still manages to have the sonic adventure 2 problem of multiple actions being assigned to the same button, for example light dash and homing attack are on the same button and during a helicopter section at the end of downtown dissent flying down is extremely difficult because of this; one of my favourite games ever neon white feels way more expressive than this game while only using your sticks, shoulder buttons and triggers when played on a controller -on note of the controls, how come a game THAT HAS A POP UP ON START UP HIGHLY RECOMMENDING CONTROLLER USE, dosent have native button remapping????? -while i like the art style in a vacuum, stages are so visually busy with their geometry and props to a headache induc…2 found this helpful

its like sonic but good
They don't know how to develop a game. The dash is awful, and the stages are completely scripted. The dashing mechanic doesn't consistently give you the same speed, so you think you're going to go faster, but you just end up failing
