Split - manipulate time, make clones and solve cyber puzzles from the future!

The game is riddled with bugs, the story is simply uninteresting and makes no sense from the beginning, the voice acting is unsynchronised with the subtitles, the game tells the story by putting a picture up and then let the characters talk, the settings are not working and after the tenth level the voice acting just stops for good. Most importantly after the tenth level the game stops from being this interesting concept about making clones of yourself to solve riddles to you making Nonogramms and other "riddles" in a game with bad shooting-mechanics, which just makes it a frustrating waste of time. I have stopped after for a few levels straight I was supposed to jump onto plattforms with numbers on them to open gates... While the concept is interesting, the execution isn't just lacking, it's bad.

This game is SUUUPER buggy. The game requires you to hold keys down often but in my experience it would randomly start ignoring your held key presses. this meant i'd stop walking randomly, stop having forward momentum for jumps (and fall to my death), the rewind time ability would kick me out in the middle of rewinding all the time, and all of the puzzles that had to do with walking a clone over to a button using time rewind broke, spitting a bunch of random clones out all over the room. couple that with a limited number of clones per level, it basically makes the game unplayable.

well... this is just trash, there is no option to configure mouse sensitivity for your taste, or at least I couldn't find it...

Unsure what was the game like during early access, but not it plays fine. I like the puzzles (except last task at Level 14 that's unnecessarily sophisticated - here I almost retired the game with a negative review), artistic style and also the stress-free cyberpunk environment we don't get that much. Also like the cloning mechanism a lot. In general, the game is better than 50 %, and I rate it 6/10 - will play if in the mood. With that being said: * the story is extra generic with unconvincing characters and loose motivation. * there's no option to adjust the mouse sensitivity (extremely annoying). * the voiceover is buggy (sometimes dissapears for a whole cutscene and then dies completely at midgame, sometimes the drone speaks its lines somewhere in another room etc.). * all secrets dissapear after restarting the level. Have no interest and motivation to find them again. * sometimes the environement is dark and one needs jumt in the dark to find some often hidden steps. Maybe a torch would be nice as a tool. * the boss is somehow interesting with lots of potential, however it is not exciting and has minor bugs when cloning * And other minor bugs, albeit that really don't mess up …

i tried the demo and it was great! so i bought the game. unfortunately right after that, i got a bug that makes the game unplayable - my camera is VERY zoomed in, so my field of view is restricted to maybe 1/4 of what it usually is. i tried reinstalling, looking for field of view settings, looking online if anyone else had something similar, but nothing helped. I was really excited to play it, so it was pretty sad. (if anyone has a fix - please help!)
