Starters Orders 7 adds a number of new features including in-depth breeding and lifetime stats and lineage, realistic dynamic commentary, Newspaper style race and form cards, new racecourses and locations, etc. There is also an old-school style betting shop racing mode.

Main complaint is that twice now, it has crashed after playing for a couple hours, without saving the current session's progress, and unfortunately it isn't quite engaging enough to make me want to go back and restart from the previous save. To be fair, you can easily save at ~any point, so do that if you play. The other thing I find less enjoyable is that it is difficult to make enough money to stay afloat by racing your horses; while it's quite easy to make money by betting on other races, doing so is grindy and boring. Other than that it's not bad, if you like sports management games or horse racing.2 found this helpful
only horse game that fits my needs. training could be better maybe i dont know what im doing. But it could be better either way. I like the horse stats and new breeding. I'll be looking at the next game for sure.1 found this helpful
Really love this game, i would only ask for better graphics for races if thats possible (just a small improvement like the jump from FM24 to FM26). I have one issue with this game, it has no AutoSave (weekly it should be) that im aware of, and everynow and then my game will just quit and i lose all my progress up to that moment. In another save that ive loved playing aswell, the game just stops (around 2055-2060) i wanted to continue and breed the horses and keep going- not die!, when this happens, i also didnt get a notification, the game just turns off and i lose all progress?? Any help would be appreciated for Auto Save feature to avoid these issues and how i can continue my faveroute save around the year 2060
Great fun, highly detailed. Kind of tough to figure out breeding but if you could solve it quickly there'd be no game. Nothing like it out there that I have seen.
I Love This Game So Much, I Don't Like Touch, That UI Is Too Colourful Too Busy, I Beg For A Starters Orders 8 and for it to me more UI friendly like this one, 9.5/10 game
