In all honesty, not that fun. In the mass of so many roguelite bullet likes, I wouldn't pick this over any other available ones, it doesn't have something super unique to it. For the price 60% off, it's decent, but I wouldn't pay the full price for it. The waves start out really slow, it seems enemies can hit your weapon which hurts your HP, missing some things like dashes, more cosmetic upgrades. You get coins, but I haven't been able to use them as I keep dying pretty early on, which I don't have in other roguelites I play. The turret seems nice, but it takes too long to upgrade. For some reason the main menu starts out very buggy as well, the 4K res is not 4K, so there is stuff outside of the border and bordered can't go more up than 2K res.1 found this helpful
Stellara Vanguard
Stellara Vanguard really surprised me. It mixes the fun chaos of survivors-like games with a strategic layer of turret placement that makes every run feel different. Creating builds, testing synergies, and deploying turrets is incredibly satisfying. The pacing is excellent: it starts simple but quickly becomes an intense challenge, with hordes growing more dangerous over time. The animations, effects, and impact of the shots make the gameplay feel amazing. The upgrades are varied, and the turrets are really cool. In every run, you can feel your progression getting stronger. If you enjoy fast-paced action and that “just one more run” feeling, Stellara Vanguard is absolutely worth playing.1 found this helpful
The game gets really fun when you make a strong build. But I feel like it needs more polishing.
