Strange (2024)

Not thrilling because there’s a lot of running around, but playable and worth some of your time. The plot is around a child who relocates to a new town. Fortunately, his cousin lives there, so he has at least one pal. One night, while playing with a group of town children, one goes missing in the wilderness. You play as the kid in the first person. There are no sophisticated controls because you can only run and jump. Although the view of the surroundings is closer to the ground, the game's assets aren't quite proportionate to their size. This means that some things appear much smaller or larger than they are, such as your parents' little bed or doors that are too small for the child's height. Assets are fine, but there aren't many of them. That is why the world does not appear to be particularly rich. You can explore the entire town, but there is nothing to see. None of the buildings may be accessed or explored, and there are no collectibles or secrets. The gameplay consists of running to exclamation marks and finishing missions.
