This game is absolutely beautiful. but it feels very unfinished and unpolished..pressing any button takes five years to make it register and the jumping is so janky idek3 found this helpful
There is a lot to say about this game. But is it good? I've spent time trying to find the answer. The overall idea of a certain animal town game aesthetic mixed in a horror setting isn't new, yet still hold untapped potential. Yet I wouldn't quote TSC as one exemple of it. The styles are so different between chapters, it feels as if the devs had a few assets fitting the idea, but filled the gaps with dumps found on the market. the problem is that said gap is as wide as four chapters out of the five of the game. The first chapter was good, too short saddly. the nurses ennemies felt as part of this world with our protagonist, the hospital even had anatomic posters or other adds with character fitting the style of animal crossing. but then what I assume to be the leader or director appears, and it only goes downhill from there. His aesthetic feels out of the "average person" of this world. Some would argue that it gives a Little Nightmare feeling, but even the ennemies followed a sort of grim idea, they shared a sort of filth that just make you want to avoid them. TSC? it doesn't. Each ennemies feel disconnected, too foreign from the protagonist or each others. For crying out loud…1 found this helpful

I bought a Steam Deck that cost me $1,000, and I'm very disappointed. I lowered the graphics settings to the absolute minimum, but the game still stutters constantly. I'm extremely frustrated. Now I understand why this game has such a bad rating.
I was so excited to play this game, but shortly into it the frames started lagging and I could not get past certain parts . Not sure what the issue is but never experienced it with other games. Not worth the 7$ I paid for it if I cant play it
