The art and character design is pretty much the only positive for this game, the cgs that I saw were good for the most part but one of the early ones had a pepe the frog face for absolutely no reason and really ruined the vibes. The use in AI for writing and voices was the worst decision a Visual Novel style game could have made. Most of the time the writing is completely nonsensical; and even when it does manage to string together coherent thoughts, it often comes to you as three word maximum broken sentences. The AI voices are extremely stiff and pretty much always sound like someone kind of yelling with a slightly happy tone. They do not match the situations at all, and there is no variation in the "acting". Both the writing and voices make the Visual Novel segments actually painful to work through, which is especially bad because they make up most of the game. The card game is fine for the most part but is so luck based on drawing cards when you actually need them that it extends the rounds out far longer than is really fun. It has nice character art and the characters, excluding MC, are voiced, but the story, writing and the card game itself, is just bad. The story is kind of hard to follow and throughout most of the first part of the game I felt like I was eavesdropping in on someone else's conversation, talking about people, places and things I knew nothing about, didn't really understand and didn't really concern me. Game is broken. Got to the second card game, can't win because it's buggy. My heart points change randomly, opponent suddenly hits for massive damage, literally cannot progress. Getting my money back for this.

I played the demo. But I was hammered. I enjoyed it, but it's bc I was too drunk to understand what was going on. After purchase-- Yeah, man, it's just bad all around. Some good eye candy, but I REALLY gotta get drunk to the point I can't understand anything to enjoy it.

Short and sweet, more a kinetic novel, get on sale. AI VA is sometimes suprisingly good! (but not all the time)
