This is a cute desktop companion with a couple of different bikinis, hairstyles and poses. While there is potential, it never goes beyond that. The companion looks good and can be moved, resized and rotated. She also reacts when you click on her. Outside of that, she only repeats her pose animation. The way her bikini was modelled is incompatible with her movement, prone to many strange quirks, like clipping and impossible positions. There are 9 unique poses, 14 hairstyles and 7 bikinis. It is nice to unlock new options and check them out, especially since the new options are unique and interesting. You have a wide array of colors to choose from, but the interface for choosing them leaves much to be desired. There is also a nude option, selected by changing the selected bikini many timers in a row. It took me about 6 hours to unlock everything during normal usage, but your mileage may vary. Summer Girl is, just like Maidesktop, a smooth and charming application that is easy to use and can be placed anywhere on the screen. Have her standing in one place or unlock her other movement functions, clothes, hairstyles and more.

Cool overlay with a pretty distracting companion to have on your desktop when you do some light or undemanding work like cutting videos or sorting through files on your hard drive, or if you just want to chill while watching some vids or Netflix with her. She will follow movements of your mouse but you can disable it. You can switch between haircuts, dress her up, change the color of her outfit, set different poses, resize, rotate, and change the sunlight intensity. If you touch her breasts, stomach, head, and thighs, she will react. Works perfectly on 1920x1080 screen. Flaws: Control panel is always visible when your mouse is not on her body and it looks terrible. If you like touching feet, unfortunately she won't react to that, even though she reacts to being touched almost everywhere else.

Activates in full screen, no desktop behind it and won't allow you to alt+tab out. Menu does not activate to allow you to configure it, character freezes when you mouse over it. Graphic quality is extremely low and hardly lifelike at all and very little interaction with the character. There are far better desktop pets available for free. This seems more like a 12 year old's first attempt at programming. I'd give it 2 for effoprt but zero for anything else.
