Swarm Bunker: Lust Defense

Typical women wont upgrade my turrets unless I give them a baby. The insect hoards are at the ramparts, woman! Please! But seriously, while Swarm Bunker has a few nuggets of quality, the shallow gameplay and story make the $10 price tag unconscionable.

I liked the game overall but its far from perfect. Pros: The H-scenes, though few, are well animated and fun. The dialogue is hot but a little repetitive. The 3 heroines all have very distinct personalities and are interesting enough for me to enjoy their non-H bonding scenes. They also mesh pretty well with each other. Mixed: While I did enjoy the tower defence elements, I do wish they had more enemy variety. The rocket launcher is basically the only weapon worth using in the late game as it basically counters all the challenge elements. The story is serviceable but a third of the events are very much just filler 'fetch' quests. Bad: Whoever wrote this story has a hate boner for corporate beaurecracy or something. I get that the characters live in a crapsack world ruined by giant bugs and corporate greed but half the dialogue is basically someone complaining about how awful the corpos are. It get annoying after a while. I get the point. The company sucks balls. Also the AI disclaimer lied about it being limited to music. The background art is very clearly AI generated. I absolutely love pixel games, yeah its a sex game but the actual gameplay is great. The story is good and flows 'fairly' well together and I am actually interested in the story lmao. The tower defense/active defense is fun and engaging, and the further in you go the more difficult it gets(obviously like it should.) I really recommend it, I mean you can literally skip the entire sex scenes if you don't want to see that. so

Pretty good defense game. Very reminiscent of "The Last Stand" series, except you get some decent firepower options from the start and don't have to worry about allies, only yourself. In fact, if it weren't for the lewd scenes (which can be toggled off in the options mode by enabling Streamer Mode), this would just be a slightly lewd version of The Last Stand with bugs instead of zombies. This is by no means an insult, as I enjoyed The Last Stand, and I feel it's a solid game. Would've been nice to see some of the other girls visually during the gameplay, but it's also understandable to minimize distractions when fighting the hordes of bugs. A few things to note for newcomers: The game does _NOT_ auto-reload. You have to pick to reload, and as you progress, you can get perks that make reloading potentially faster, but also a tactical decision. Remember to check the tabs at the top of the various upgrade menus, so you don't think you're upgrading your shotgun when you're actually on your machine gun. Turrets and Weapon upgrades have the same resource pool when at base, but if you decide to reset, it only resets that type of upgrade, so if you reset your turret points, you don…

The scenes are good. :3 Now for the gameplay. It is okay for a tower defense. The later levels seemed all the same to me after a while. But if you like tower defense games, get this one a try. Recommended.
