A cute, wholesome game that blends hidden objects and puzzles with rpg elements. [h3][u]Gameplay & Settings[/u][/h3] This is a charming point and click game (I played it fully with just my mouse), that is both beautifully illustrated and humorous. You play as Bear Red, a rogue for hire that is on a mission to retrieve some potions when poop hits the fan along the way. There is also a light meaningful story that takes place with a fun and light-hearted ending (well the ending of this story for now). The puzzles are not too difficult and the achievements easy to earn (I would take a peek at them as you play to nab them all). However there are save slots to save at any point you wish along the way so you can revisit areas to nab them if you missed them. ✨If you need to replay an area you can fast forward through text by holding down Escape Settings & extras include; audio controls, language, cursor lock (on or off), display and resolution options. This game is suitable for players of all age groups, including young children. The game adopts intuitive and easy to master point and click controls tailored for easy puzzle adventure newcomers. Players can use the left mouse button to move the protagonist across the areas and interact with various interactive scenery objects to gather hints and key items. This was a fun little adventure, and does a good job opening things up for future adventures. The game ran well on my Steam Deck, though I needed to use a proper mouse for some accuracy while aiming knives near the end. Looking forward to seeing what else might happen in this setting in the future.

A cute little fantasy point-and-click adventure game. It's not very difficult and you can easily beat it in about an hour. Definitely the sort of cute and funny little game you could play together with younger children.

Tail of Glory is a nice but very short puzzle narrative adventure game. Most of the puzzles are inventory-based. The game is linear with almost no exploration and with only a couple of locations available at any given time, so the gameplay is fairly simple. The description on the store page mentioning hidden objects and RPG elements is somewhat confusing. There is no hotspot highlighting, and also the player needs to pay attention to environmental clues, but it's nothing like a hidden-object game, and no pixel hunting is required. The game has one timed puzzle and one sequence which is closer to an action mini-game than to a puzzle but nothing which I would call RPG mechanics. And, thankfully, those timed sequences aren't too bad. Also I'm not sure I'd call ToG a family-friendly game: the general tone is lighthearted and slightly whimsical, but there are a couple of rather gruesome moments. The writing is very good, and the game tells a self-contained story which doesn't end on a cliffhanger, but still it feels more like a prologue to a bigger game; in fact, this is pretty much what the ending sequence says.
