As the player, you will play a critical role in the story of the rulers Red, Green, and Blue as they work to overcome the starlight disaster and safeguard their people. Your choices throughout the levels will affect the progression of the story.

Randomly remembered I forgot to write a review for this game so here goes: Temple of Starlight is the first game Enlit Games have released on Steam, and made sure it was a worthy first impression. The devs are really young and talented. Which truly shows in this game. The concept is very creative; solving puzzles in dark areas by using lights and colors to your advantage, you actually need to think through the colors you need to combine to create new colors, which indirectly teaches color theory on top of being a fun and creative mechanic. The story is interesting and leaves you questioning your morality with some critical choices to make. It's told in a beautiful 'show, don't tell' type of way where the environment resembles important events from the story. It's all very aesthetically pleasing and the art direction is something I don't think I've seen in a game before. In short, absolute banger of an introduction from Enlit Games. I will definitely keep an eye on them and their future games and I can recommend everyone to do the same!2 found this helpful
Completed fully on Steam Deck. Very short but very sweet puzzle game. My only "hiccup" with it is that puzzle difficulty doesn't go further (in the base game), so it felt a bit too easy. Halloween extra levels though were just right and felt good. In general, can recommend! P.S. The game can be completed under 2 hours, if you did, please support the developer and do not refund the game (even though Steam allows it)!2 found this helpful
It's just a really enjoyable puzzle game! None of the puzzles are extremely complex but they still do need brain power. The story though! You're forced into a constant dilemma as you play as a representation of the main ruler and are forced to make tricky decisions based on inputs and suggestions from your council. To play this game, start it from the steam library page. Click 'PLAY' and either it will start and let you move the mouse around on the menu, or it will crash and auto-minimize. If the game won't let you move the mouse and auto-minimizes instead of allowing you to move the mouse around on the menu, click 'STOP' then 'Confirm' and then click 'PLAY' again. Game seemed to start half the time and glitch half the time so I got the refund because I have no confidence that the game will allow me to play another day. The game itself is an interesting puzzle. Not really sure about the narration. Make sure to tweak the graphics / size setting and not just hit maximize button on the window so that it loads your preferred window size and on preferred monitor if you have more than 1 monitor. I cannot recommend the game at this time until the glitches are fixed.1 found this helpful
