I first discovered the game as a mobile one. When I saw it was on Steam, I thought "oh, great! better controls and no mroe lag!" Ehh. The controls are ok, but still mobile-like. The lag is annoyingly still present at times, especially during mornings when all of your villagers step outside at once. Honestly, the game's fun, but it suffers in multiple ways; lack of content, lack of QOL features, lack of variety, and underwhelming exploration. Seriously, you do not need to do dungeons to beat this game. All the ressources you need can and will be obtained if you just wait enough nights with big monsters. Although I personally enjoyed it, I can't recommend it. It's fun if you just like to build stuff and progress, but it is A) not worth the price (seriously.) and B) not receiving any more updates. Pawns are also f###ing stupid and will aggro onto an enemy on the opposite side of the map from them and get murdered without fighting back. Assembling an army and cheesing the game so they all have perfect traits takes a long ahh time and is NOT worth the reward (easy nights and boss fights). TL;DR: fun if you like to build stuff at your own rythm and micromanage your pawns, but not wo…

Bought this game while on sale. It tries to expand on the original, but it is buggy as hell. I have expedition teams end up in the middle of nowhere and if you don't have enough food onboard a whole crew of solar armored and flame swords which actually takes a long time to acquire are gone no fault of your own. People can learn the "recipe of sunstone" yet are useless in making them. I can send expeditions to dungeons, but it says to establish trade routes. It is also annoying that I have to click a thousand times to access a buildings info. It has potential, but this game seriously needs some work.

The start of the game is fun with initial building and upgrading. Getting more workers and assigning them to tasks is okay but I find frequently that I have mismatched workers/tasks. The late game is less fun with sending out boats and raiding tiny dungeons for no significant loot. Also it has been at least a couple years since any meaningful content update so this game is essentially done with support or future upgrades, it seems

I love this game very much, but this have big bugs. I played the game for very long time, but after that i was no longer able to play properly. The screen became very buggy, and can't clearly identify all the issues because of these buds, as i really want to play this game. I would appreciate it if you could help check and investigate this issue.

Not really as good as the first one in certain ways. The first one by no means was a phenomenal game but it had its charm. The game lost a little by becoming 3 dimensional. Add up all the small little bugs and it can be not as fun as the original. I would still say give it a try, its cheap, but I wouldn't raise you hopes for anything special
