A new city will be established on a flat plain and its administration has been given to you. In order to keep the administration in your hands, the city needs to develop continuously.

Abondoned
An interesting City Builder with peculiar twists. Often times a game will make players go through a tutorial process and leave them in a sandbox to build until they get bored. THIS game however, does NOT force you through a tutorial. And, if you can manage to keep a game progressing by growing the city, you'll get to keep playing. But, should you lose the ability to make the town grow, it'll be game's end, and you'll start all over.
