[h1]A walking simulator, but a little better[/h1] Dreamcatcher is a game in which we play the role of a man who dreams. In fact, during the game we can learn some interesting facts about dreaming and how it works. The plot itself in the game is present, but it is rather not something that is supposed to draw our attention. That something is the graphics, sound design and atmosphere of the game. Because the game is really pretty. The locations are really well lit and the textures are very carefully made. The problem of the game is definitely the speed of the game. What I mean here is that our character moves quite slowly despite the ability to use sprint. Some may also be put off by the virtually lack of gameplay. There is little interaction with objects throughout the game, although they do occur, and the game itself is more like 2 hours of moving forward. As for the horror elements, they do appear in the game, while I wouldn't say the game is scary, but it certainly introduces unease at some points. I'm giving a thumbs down to this game not because I dislike this game, but to bring attention to the game's issues. This is a good walking simulator, however the terrible FOV and slow walking/running speed of the character made me so sick that I almost puked. It's one of the worst first-person games I've played in terms of motion sickness. If you are also prone to motion sickness like me, then I suggest not playing it for more than 20 minutes at a time. I wish the developer added a custom FOV slider and speed up the character's movement. There is also no button customisation which is understandable for a short game like this, but I don't like the WASD layout.

very interesting walking sim. holds your interest and the dreaming itself is relatable which in itself is a little unnerving. dont expect to be blasting monsters in this game . its more of a visual experience that hits the right notes. good work.

Totally awesome walking sim story/experience game.

The game has very good atmosphere, it does Light horror pretty well, I felt uneasy in certain levels. The only issues I had was I could not find any audio settings, and movement speed felt to slow at times. 7/10

I haven't played many walking simulators but I really enjoyed this game. The graphics were beautiful and I loved the soundtrack as well. It doesn't have too much of a story but I liked the dream/nightmare aspect and it represented well what some people fear.
