You are an apprentice of magic. While you were studying you made a fateful mistake.

Your bread and butter!
Your basic attacks! These will get stronger... and sometimes weaker when you equip items, so choose wisely! Beware the risks when equipping mysterious items! Also don't forget to dodge, it is extremely useful when wanting to avoid death!
Powers!
Equip up to two power items at a time to even the odds when outnumbered! Power items come in varying qualities, some take their toll on your stats so weigh the pros and cons!
Physics!
Use your dodge to throw enemies into objects, objects into enemies, enemies into enemies, or just blow off steam and make a mess for fun!
Friendly Fire!
Though the undead may be proficient in keeping their procedurally generated dungeon neat and tidy, they are not so good at avoiding friendly fire, so use this to your advantage where you can!

I'm going to preface this with a "THIS IS EARLY ACCESS" warning (It was released on the 13th of May, so VERY new) This is a very fun "pick up for a round or two" game, and I was sucked in for a good 2 hours going run after run. I love the art style, I've always been a sucker for low poly, particle effects and cool lighting, and sure enough this game has that. At the moment there only seems to be 2 types of dungeon; the wood floor and the stone floor dungeons. In future I would hope to see some more variety with the levels, and a better sense of progression via cues from the environment, but for a game that has only just released, from a solo developer, it's a cute and spooky style that I really dig. The procedural generation does a lot to offset this however, and I never truly feel like "I've seen this before" as the snaking corridors and open areas all blend to make every run feel unique. The gameplay is more of the same story, really satisfying. The movement is direct, dodging feels super snappy, and enemies are really easy to distinguish with easy to projectiles and attack animations. This means you never feel as if the game has screwed you over when you get hit, it's all do…

Can't wait to see more of this game. Absolute gem in the rough! In the current version expect to get you a** handed to you. Managed to get to room 31 on my longest run, and i'm pretty confident that there is very few people out there that could top that. looking forward to this games future!

Very Enjoyable Game! I ended up favouring a few abilities too much to the point that I would reset trying to get either of them, I am very excited to see the path this game will take when it comes to the implementation of features and the upgrades of current features. :) 100% worth the price and then some.

Great game for the price. Once it get's polished up and gets a little more monster variety, will easily be worth double. The foundation of the game is very fun, has good feeling controls and snappy-ness. Definitely a solid base version that can only get better. Great visuals, sceneries and particle effects yet runs smooth despite this. Very readable and enemies telegraph attacks well so it feels fair if you get hit. UI improvements, QoL features, and monster variety would be the things that could be improved.
