It's a really good game, better than the first but distinct enough to be its own game rather than a sequel. I hope more people get on board and enjoy this game. Microtransactions aren't shoved in your face. It's FREE on Mobile or Tablets. No ADS on the mobile/tablet versions. Cross-play for Mobile and PC is amazing. The only thing i want, is more cosmetic color options or the ability to make my own cosmetic color combo. there's a big handful of them, but i would like more customization for uniqueness, that's just me though. Maybe even a way to name our ships so other players could see the custom names?

Edited review 09-13-2026: 1. This game is insanely grindy and consists mostly of whales. They make the new player experience terrible. You're not allowed to enjoy the game until level 50-60, and it takes a minimum of 400 hours to get there. Along the way you get bullied out of your mind by the most toxic and controlling community of corporation alliances ever, and you literally cannot survive without them. I have been harassed by corp leaders simply for leaving and was singled out and ostracised by the sorority of corp alliances just bcos of it. 2. The economy is really punishing, you have to repair your mods & ship every time you get dunked on which is often as a new player, and you require a special currency to repair them which is really hard to attain. They are usually earned from doing grindy daily tasks and lengthy "elite" hunts that are insanely challenging as a solo newbie. You'd often get jumped and tackled by these "elites" and they will immediately demolish you. The cost to repair each time you die alone is more than what you'd earn from the tasks, it's insane, and ratting/farming in low security sectors yield little return for the time it takes. If you want a game that feels like every minute spent = valuable progress, look no further. Don't even look at it if you don't want to grind because that's 99% of it. You'll be obliterated in regular PVP early on but there are plenty of ways to spend your time in game without ever encountering it. There's also a FFA mode where all players have the same ship and gear, allowing players of any level to compete for PVP currency. Devs are always tweaking things and adding new features with big plans for the future. Yes, the community has toxic players. However, they are well-moderated and honestly they provide an interesting ambiance to the dynamics in chat. Mute works, if you don't enjoy watching the trolls feed. The majority of players are on discord, ready to help you grow and answer any questions you have about the game. You will have a lot of those. The learning curve is VERY steep. The milestones feel like genuine achievements and always increase your capacity to grow quicker. The primary problem the game is facing is that we need more players. The game has poor performance, lag and latency is rampant and the response from the devs is to gaslight players about their ISP. The game has virtually no content other then a grind designed to feed new or lower level players to a small comunity of veteran griefers, who have by virtue of starting earlier and using scripts and multiple accounts, accrued an insurmantable advantage. 90% of so called PvP is griefers who hunt players who have no ability to fight back. The comunity is toxic and there is no competitive play, nor competitive players left. If you decide to use the pay to win avenue to catch up, you'll still need months or years to grind levels and thousands of dollars for ships and gear to only find out it doesn't matter if you don't join one of the two griefer factions in the game. I've tried engaging over the years with tib1 and tib2 with the vain hope it may someday evolve, however even the new devs have done little to change the griefer nature of the game, so I'm finally ending my delusion, don't waste your time and money.

A very in depth and interesting space based mmo that has you creating, building up and leveling your commander and fleet of ships. Stat spreads and gear qualities make every item feel like it can be useful for just the right build. Leveling solo or in small groups is fun, easy and constantly progresses whatever self set goals you have.

Well here's a first, don't bring IRL friends to join you in a party or admins will literally ban you!
