Addictive + you don't get all what's going on + questionable translation (which adds to the fun) + BEEG TEETS + chinese = the perfect equation, and proof that you never needed a great story neither to have a chinese mindset (nor political views, but we shall hush this point)) to enjoy chinese pleasures - so it'll be an overkill/10000 for me, with no regrets, because fun doesn't have to be all serious - zūnzhòng!

It s an okay game. Balatro-style with way less depth (builds tend to stay around the same mecanics). Bad translation. Funny but wordy story. Very grindy progression. If you want to play the second character you have to start from zero again (and it s barely different from the first character). So questionnable choices from the devs for players to spend more time on the game but not with more fun. The "quality" is good: drawings, style, sound, ambience, babes... and even gameplay. The discovery was fun. You can get 15h of good time (I never played Balatro myself so it was kind of an introduction). But after that it s just more of the same. Unlocking the game is very repetitive and not particularly rewarding (barely change the gameplay at all). I cant recommend, but I dont say "avoid it" either.

King of Truancy is Balatro but with punching random people instead of playing cards in visual novel style, with Queen's Blade cloth break mechanic (it's still SFW), with a lot of meme characters (that's definitely Suneo, Giant, Shizuka, and Nobita in chapter 1, you cant convince me otherwise, and is that Mr. Bean and Donald Trump???) As for the english translation, it's far from the best and not very consistent, but at least it's serviceable, Some ability effects can be bit confusing because of the translation. But for the price it offer, i wont complain much.

Brother where is the corn? If i'm grinding this much it should be rewarded no? It's SFW!!!! time wasting trash.
