This is a tough one to rate. On the one hand, this is one of the better visual novels I have played. Quite a lot of effort was put into world building, and the story, dialogue, and pacing are all very good. The artwork is stylish, and the game does manage to create a cool sci-fi noir atmosphere. Unfortunately as of February 2022, nearly eight years after its initial release, the game is still unfinished. There are only two hours worth of content, and the second episode ends on a huge cliffhanger that leaves the entire story feeling very much unresolved. It has been several years since there was any word from the developer as to whether or not the third and final episode will ever be completed, which is a shame since it sounded like it would be awesome. Should you buy the game in its current state? I don't know. Normally I would have said, wait and grab it during a sale if you want to take a chance on it, but it never goes on sale any more. I happened to buy it years ago during a sale, so I am not going to complain too much (the first two episodes are certainly worth a few bucks) but if you pay full price for an unfinished product then you should prepare to be disappointed. 10 years in development. Act 2 leave us with a cliffhanger and act 3 is still not out. Be aware.

I'm giving it a downvote only because, at the time of this review, the game seems to be abandoned, leaving the game off at a cliffhanger in Act 2. Overall, it's a good game. Music is great, though loud as hell with no volume options, art is decent, setting is great, and the plot ain't half bad either. Gave me a good few hours of gameplay, kept my attention, and just overall, it's a decent time. Unfortunate that it's unfinished, would've loved to see the conclusion!

Mostly broken and game seems unfinished and abandoned. Tried for days to fix text display issues and menus disappearing mid scene. I gave up.

I'm so frustrated. There are so many bugs that are making this game unplayable. The first time I started the game, there was some kind of glitch were the radio wouldn't respond to entering in your pod number. Nothing would make it activate, I literally had to restart the game to get the puzzle to work. Then I hit another glitch in the 'union' club area, that made it skip an entire puzzle of getting $100 for the betting gambling guy. The first time I clicked on the human playing pool it just said something about "Thanks for the money. I'll lose now", without any of the talking or discussions to get to that point. Then it played ok until getting to the locked door puzzle. No matter what I did, the puzzle would not be solved. I looked up the steam walkthrough and they show entirely different puzzle blocks in the pattern than are in my pattern. You can only move the rows left and right? How are my blocks completely different? Seriously, wtf?

Game is abandoned, no conclusion to the story. 0/10
