New in Ascension is the 1- or 2-player co-op Quest mode. Players work together, fighting off a variety of monsters and enemy archers across the land of TowerFall. It's a new adventure to explore when you don't have more friends handy to square off against.

Stellar game with impecable pixelgraphics and precise and fun to learn movement. Coop is fun, but Versus is where the meat of the game is. I mainly write this review now, because the person i shared those 40 hours i played this game recently decided to leave this world behind and that brought me down the memory lane. There were many hours spent in my 20s just playin with them through the whole night and havin a great time. Honestly without their friendship I probably wouldn't be here. Sad i couldn't give that back. So thank you devs for a great game i have fond memories of sharing with a friend.

Love this game to bits, I will say the achievements are miserable solo though.
