Okay, hear me out. This can get really fun and tense, particularly in the last few moments of each game when playing against others. I've played about 10 matches now and have the feeling that there is still much I can improve on my game, particularly with bank shots and proper use of the shield. I hope to see it gain additional modes (in particular online play) and maybe some customization (board, background, pieces...)2 found this helpful
Still EA, but a pretty cool twist to normal checkers. It still needs some polish (no ultra-wide support), but is super fun to play 1v1. Reminds me of the old games, where multiplayer network games weren't a thing. It has a very nice pace, and I can see a ton of things that can be added if development continues. Also works just fine on my ArchLinux with no issues at all.

This game is very fun to play especially when playing with someone else. A really cool idea around the traditional checkers game
A little barebones but definitely has potential. The simultaneous play aspect of it a little hectic in a fun way, the shield feels a little clumsy to use though. Something to check in on when it gets updated with a little more content.
A blast when playing with friends! The game is fun on it's own, and playing against each other got way more competitive than expected. Great party game!
